At Amazon the information is out there but you have to be the one to find it which makes the role less organised but suites my working style well as i get to find information myself rather than relying on others.

I have had support whenever i have needed it, all fellow employees are happy to help and support when needed

My training provider is also very helpful and give me any extra resources when i have asked

My training is very specific to the job role I am doing, it helps me to gain a deeper understanding of business and how to approach situations

My team often has after work meetups as well as offsite where i have been lucky enough to travel to Paris and Madrid to met other stakeholders and learn on the job
