My role is a project manager on site, this is dealing with sub contractors and employees to get the job done in line with the programme. I also oversee commercially the job and ensure profit margins are being hit.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the day release element, it give me a chance to have a day to learn and network with other apprentices.

I feel that the general overview of construction is better, however my day to day role is not similar to what I learn.
