Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a trainee quantity surveyor and my day to day consists of having back to back conversations with subcontractors asking for invoice etc.., doing payments and final accounting as the project that i am on is about to end.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutely love the programme. To my colleagues, my projects, my experience and to my work, couldn't ask for better.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt an abundance of skills, as well as developing my excel and overall computer skills. My communication skills have also improved.

It is very organised and planned out. So i always feel like i know what to do and what the next steps are.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my colleagues. They are always keen to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support. We get regular check ins and i always feel like i know where to go to get information.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps improve my further knowledge which i can use in everyday work. My computer skills have also improved.

Yes, there is a 5 a side team and lots of work events.
