My role changes as i'm on a rotational grad scheme, but will usually involve assisting directors with their jobs in the teams that i'm in with tasks such as client pitches, advise letters and deal summaries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
i enjoy the programme a lot, princiaplly as i like the variety of work. Most of the negatives and stresses come through the rotation applciation process though.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, this is my first job so i've learnt a huge number of skills. I've learnt to use excel, improved numeracy, calculated complex matters in property finance, summarised leases, delivered pitches etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I thin the rotational aspect could be organised much better in therms of the opportunties you get for jobs in key teams at the end of teh programme. However, i would have to admit that this is always oging to be tough on a grad scheme of this size.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive lots of support, both voluntary and mandatory to help me in both my current roles to to upskill for the future.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
i receive lots of support including regula rmeetings and check ups, voluntary resources which i can make use of and alternative forms of support such as mental health and safeguarding.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I think that depends on the modules of teh qualification, some of which ahve proved more pertinent than others to my work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes, i play for the football team and am keen to get inolves in team social events or other things such as charity days etc.
