I launch ads on social media. This mainly involves building curated landing pages and writing detailed analysis on campaign performance.

I enjoy my programme a lot as I have gained experience in multiple aspects.

I have developed my excel skills largely , as well as my creativity skills (creating banners, choosing content to display on ads)

My OTJ hours are easy to track, and my work is all organised. At the beginning of my apprenticeship, there were many trainings I could take to use Amazon tools.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, I feel comfortable asking questions and I have a 1-1 with my manager each week to review my work and progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support - I have meetings with my skills coach to discuss my progress and there are guides/material that help me when writing my portfolio pieces.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
