Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We got to meet people from different parts of the organisation, starting with associates, then vice president and lastly managers. We had different sessions with the different positions where we had more of an workshop/information session with the associates regarding the daily tasks, a q/a session with the vice presidents and then finally a group and a individual assessment with the managers.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting as I did not know that much about the industry before the insights days. You really got a comprehensive understanding of the structure and idea of the business and the industry. I was fun to understand how you can grow within the company and what other positions are available in the future and how you can grow, learn and develop within each role

Maybe not really learned any new skills, but learning more about what is important when reaching out to an expert, how to handle clients and what to consider when doing sales. I also learned a lot about how the business of knowledge on demand work.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
it was very friendly, youthful and welcoming. Everyone seemed to think the people was the best part of the job and that everyone was welcome to join the team.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thought it was quite fun being in London in the actual headquarters, that was pretty cool. Other than that i enjoyed meeting other students from around the world, getting free food, drinks and snacks and also the whole flying and staying paid. I also liked the layout of the insight days as the first day was like a preparation for the second day. I also enjoyed the assessments that we did, however I would have wished for maybe even more tips regarding on how to actually find experts.
