Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My team works on the High-visibility events like Prime Day and Black Friday, so my day to day is often preparing for these events by creating campaigns and organising partner campaigns.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The people I work with are super kind and helpful. This makes coming to work enjoyable. My team also gets to travel during the events we run so it enables me to see new areas of the world.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt new skills to analyse data and how to create campaigns which have high visibility.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have a set structure to follow, but sometimes this is can lack detail so can be hard to understand what is needed from me to complete the criteria. Also, sometimes I have to change the order of tasks completed as my role at Amazon hasn't covered what is needed from the criteria yet.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I barely receive any support outside of my team and learning provider.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They help me quite a lot on starting points when trying to complete each portfolio. However, once I come to a blocker for trying to achieve a certain criteria in my day to day at Amazon, they can struggle with helping to guide me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are a few things like digital marketing and stakeholder management which relates and helps me with my work life. However, I would say that around 60% of the content does not relate to my role. Although, this knowledge could be useful in the future when I may move to a different role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are probably hundreds of extra-curricular activities to get involved with at Amazon from all kinds of sports to community groups or even volunteering.
