Programming works for maintenance gangs. Ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators for the client. Team meetings to ensure we meet deadlines to remain ahead of schedule as best as possible
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy my programme and feel a big part of the team. I have been allowed to work at my own pace while still delivering high quality work which ensures deadlines and projects are met
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Communication has defiantly improved as having more involvement as confidence has grown. I have completed risk assessment training and driver safety training with more planned for the near future.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its organised well and is broken into sections to ensure i can learn more day to day tasks of technicians while still being able to go on training to further develop my skills and understanding of the job role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty, they ensure that i have enough time to work on college assignments which allows for me to finish them before the deadline and still receive high marks
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A considerable amount. i have monthly meetings with them to track my progress and ensure that i am on track to complete and pass the course to a high standard.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This doesn't apply as much but the skills I'm learning from my training provider will allow for me to have a greater understanding of construction in general and not just highways.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
