Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Varied depending what team you are rotating in. Currently sat in commercial valuations whereby you will conduct due diligence for each asset, analyse evidence to value buildings. I then have a study day where I do all of my University content.

They are very good with keeping in touch with you. You have quarterly sessions with your AOO who will give you targets to work towards

It lets you put the academic work into practice. Especially being currently sat in valuations, it has proved very helpful in the foundational knowledge necessary for the job

Be yourself, research the company and find something within the business that interests you and delve deeper into that
