Very structured, there is so much help and support if we require it. There is also a lot of CPD offered.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
Due to the strong competition today, standing out with academic achievements is hard. Try and show your personality through your application. Being enjoyable to work with is almost as important as being able to do the job well, eventually!
