The programme is very well organised and structured. We have lots of communication and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always available either via teams or phone call to support me and answer any questions I may have.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great amount of support from my employer. Again, they are always available to support me and answer any questions I have. If I am unsure of something (a task etc), my employer talks me through the process in order for me to understand it to the fullest extent.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a great amount of support from my training provider. She is always available for support in any area of my apprenticeship. She always checks in to ensure I am on track and fully understand my allocated tasks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me perform better in my role exceptionally well. Each assignment is relevant to my on the job tasks and I am able to put what I have learned into practice daily.

Why?
This is the most supportive workplace environment I have ever worked in. I don't feel anxious when asking a question as I know that the support is there in abundance. I work well with my colleagues and know that the support is always there from them, my managers, and the wider team.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Best Connection Group?
Be honest, and be yourself. The Best Connection offers employment opportunities for people with a diverse level of skills and experience. Even if you don't have recruitment experience as long as you show that you are driven and willing to learn the opportunities are there for the taking.
