Daily tasks include safety briefs, Problem solving, liaising with client and sub-contractors, attending meetings, procurement, progress updates.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme most days however can be challenging some days.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learned a multiple of new skills such as the use of multiple softwares like Excel, PDF tools, Revit, CAD and Navis Works. along side this i have learned an abundance of technical knowledge around systems within building services.

the programme is well structured in terms of organised reviews, performance updates, learning days and there is lots of help and support during the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support is received when called upon. there is always someone to aid you.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

LCB have been helpful in the college stages and when completing assignments however when completing my EPA, the appointed assessors from LCB were difficult to get a hold of however when going direct to LCB i found it more useful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i believe it aids me technically very well and is useful when needed.

Yes. there is things like sponsored activities, volunteering days and out of work events which take place quite often.
