Structure and Support

5/5
Overall, the programme is well-structured. I’ve had clear guidance on my responsibilities and support when learning new systems like the ticketing platform and Wi-Fi tools and Networking tools. There’s a good mix of independent tasks and team collaboration. Some areas could benefit from a more defined training path, but it's been a solid experience so far.

I receive consistent support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications. They’re responsive to any questions I have and provide useful feedback on my assignments. Regular check-ins every 2-3 months to help me stay on track, and the resources they offer have been helpful in understanding the modules I am taking
