Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
No
Why?
It depends what department and teams you go into. some sectors within Savills have more experience and structure viable and ready to mould and progress graduates. some teams do not have the capacity or the structure to have a new graduate straight from uni into their team. I think it is crucial a team has organisation and structure to their work before accepting a graduate unto their team. which i have not experienced
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
research your department/team well before accepting your offer into the graduate scheme or applying the the pathway/grad programme
