I enjoy the program because it is combining theoretical learning with practical application in my day to day job.

- Learning with the Personal instructor and working with other colleagues in the same programme allow me to learn from others and share insights.

- Team leadership: leading and motivating the team, delegating tasks effectively, performance management, managing change, build trust and mental well being team.
- Project management: Planning and executing the projects, managing timelines and resources and reporting and monitoring.
- Communication skills: conducting meeting and presentation, stakeholder management and communication, active listening, managing conflicts, negotiation skill.

The programme is very well structured. At the beginning, the participants are given overview the topics, timelines, assignments and what are expected from the programme.
The material and structured on studies topics are also consistent throughout.
The topics are aligned with organisation strategic objectives and my role which help me to grow in my job and also the organisation.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from SAP UK is tremendous and also from the programme provider.
The only support which I don't get the support from my direct manager which is expected from this programme due to organisation restructuring.

The support from programme provider is tremendous. The PDE is excellent.

The programme really helps me in my day to day role. It makes my job more efficient and effective with better communication, better ownership, more strategic to achieve organisation objectives.

It is a good company. The best company I have been working in my 25 years. The company is growing well and also pay attention on employees growth and well being.

You need to have growth mindset and be able to manage and develop yourself if you want to do well in this company.
