Managing day to day operations on site with regards to deliveries, site welfare, internal transport and gate security.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the apprenticeship program highly rewarding, as it enables me to apply the knowledge acquired from academic research and course work directly to on-site scenarios. This has not only bolstered my confidence in executing my current role but also encouraged me to seek new challenges within my ongoing project.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through participation in the apprenticeship scheme, my planning skills have seen substantial enhancement. My heightened understanding of Health & Safety has proven beneficial in bolstering operations on site. Given that my role encompasses site welfare and coordination of deliveries across site, this increased knowledge has indeed added value to my contributions.
