I believe the apprenticeship is organised well however can sometimes feel like I’m not making progress

Most of the time, sometimes I do feel like I’m teaching myself what to do rather than being taught by a mentor

I feel that they offer good training through EMTEC (Nottingham college) as they staff at the college are keen for the students to learn and have a passion for their students career and future
