Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My current role is based in central indirect procurement. I work on contracts for siemens sites and employees etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have become slightly detached from the programme, i have struggled with getting exemptions for my dyslexia but then had no guidance from Kaplan, CIMA or Siemens where i can get any help or a new diagnosis. However i enjoy my current role and can see myself working in more of a commercial role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I dont often speak to any other learners in the program and a lot of the time reviews seems to be just a box ticking exercise than a helping me develop

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Help is there but often not very useful and i have had ties where i have asked a tutor a question in the chat and had no answer, I have also had a whole class request the class notes for them not to send them to us
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I dont think it does, i feel i have learnt more skills by doing my role than i have studying for a qualification
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My Team is quite social so we are often hosting or attending networking events, however i do not really do this or have never been invited to do this as part of the academy

Would you recommend Siemens to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Places for growth in the company, not one manager or colleague has ever thought lower of me for being an apprentice
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
There is so much growth/ potential in the company you can go anywhere you want to in life and your career
