Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
i've been doing this job for 11 years before i started this apprenticeship - so you don't need to start with the apprenticeship!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
it's nice to gain knowledge. i'm grateful that the company provides this opportunity. The remote invigilation (i'm disabled) needs adapting though. that's extremely stressful.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
i'm learning new things via the tutor classes. my job role hasn't changed.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
course is very fast paced - you need the ability to keep up. the classes are very good though. the tutor imparts knowledge very well, and is very helpful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
line manager is very supportive. allowances, checks and evals without micro managing it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
a lot. as required. if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
the more you know...
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes, but they're not always suitable for remote/disabled employees.
