So far we have only been in college, 9 months in college studying for our exams and then 2 years OJT. College has been tough but rewarding and I'm looking forward to getting hands on with aircraft.

College has been very well structured with a set 9 month program.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

We do receive support from our employer if we need it however they could be more proactive with continuous performance reviews.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Our training provider ALS doesn't get involved much in our studies, we don't get a lot of support from them and new systems put in place this year for recording training has been temperamental and difficult to use.
