4/5
I enjoy the progression I am making as I become more competent in my role.
I also enjoy seeing my progression towards becoming a chartered accountant as I pass each exam which my work supports me through.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have gained an understanding of audit and accounting procedures required to adhere to the accounting standards and financial reporting framework.
I have also developed skills to allow me to audit entities to ensure they are adhering of the aforementioned standards through various forms of audit procures.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The structure of the programme has improved from when I started in 2023. Though more work is required to ensure it is full structured, which my organisation is working on. This is also reminiscent of my training provider who have some work to do on the EPA element.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer give industry leading support for my college work and as an auditor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
BPP do offer some good support, however much work is needed on specific apprentice elements of tuition which is clearly not as structured as well as the support for exams (usually a graduate route). The exam support itself is very good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Yes, the training provider support in relation to exams helps me significantly in the work place.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
My work offer many opportunities to take in extra curricular work. They have a apprentice network group which is a great initiative amongst many other groups. Quiz nights, football and staff functions are on throughout the year.
