I have been a supervisor of apprentices for over 15 years.
I oversee the apprentice recruitment, training and development and act as a line manager to apprentices.

100% - we are given the time and space to lead, manage and develop individuals to ensure apprentices get the most out of their experience. this is backed up by full support for the manager to help develop and learn constantly.
