To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The Data Science programme is a very enjoyable programme and allows me to showcase my skills. It allows me to improve my problem solving by solving fun and challenging business problems and also develop new skills like making dashboards

How to code and create thoughtful visualisations. Stakeholder management and how to clearly present ideas through data storytelling. Time management skills and how to manage multiple tasks by prioritising those which are the most important
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured and there is a lot of different projects that I can get involved in. Weekly meetings with line managers also help to see where apprentices could develop and get the most out of their programme. Uni is also well structured with weekly lectures and also in person lectures during block release
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is plenty of support and everyone is very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. There is many training resources which help me get more familiar with the how the company works and how to use different systems
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university provides lots of support. There are weekly lectures and lecturers are always available to answer any questions regarding assignments or lectures. There are Q&A sessions as well to provide further support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The lectures are very useful and provide me with the transferrable skills to perform better. Lectures like Programming allow me to use my skills in my role and also introduce new methods

Unilever is an amazing company with a vibrant culture. The people at Unilever are extremely friendly which creates a warm environment. The company is also very flexible which allows for a good work-life balance
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
Research the company and read up about things like Unilever aim/mission, future projects. Be yourself during the interviews and show you can work in a team
