from royal mail side it was very organised but from training 2000 it has been a bit hit and miss with getting work marked and talking to trainers

while there is lots of information in place it can be difficult to actually talk to a real person

there are lots of ways the training has been very help full but in some i feel there is no cross over with what my role needs.

as an apprenticeship it is well paid and leads to a well paying position in a well established business

when applying for the engineering apprenticeship the interview is as much about team work as it is about work ethic
