Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
HR Business Partner working with the business to drive our HR strategy and support our people.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Great opportunity. Grateful to Vodafone for supporting me to do the programme and opening me up to new opportunities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Learnt how to articulate proposals utilising theoretical and proven models - allowing more credibility to persuade Senior Leaders. Improved stakeholder management skills by having more exposure to Senior Leaders for different reasons.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Requires a good level of organisation to manage the different elements, but all of the information was easily accessible on Canvas.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Plenty of support - both from central talent team and line manager. Great to have understanding regarding capacity around time of assignments, hitting 20% on the job learning hours and finding opportunities relevant to KSBs.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lots. Very clear information about how to 'top up' to next level for qualifications etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Allows me to talk more confidently to Senior Stakeholders and think about how to structure proposals and conversations. Also made me a lot clearer on future development goals and ensuring I keep a focus on this moving forward.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes - including DEI employee network groups, sports, charity, reading etc.
