Currently, feels overwhelming to take in a lot of information and understanding various processes that work together to provide technical support to the customer

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt new skills, editing topology diagrams, patching cables, configuring switches through direct console connection or remotely, updating software and records of devices

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured. I have one day to attend college which is fixed and direction from my mentor who is v ery hands on.

Tremendous support especially, from my mentor and Line Manager

So far so good, the tutors and study coach are keen to help and provide direction

I think more college time with face to face instruction could help. However, the training is relevant to my work performance

Would you recommend Vodafone to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I feel Vodafone tries so much to engage with early careers, inform them of various career path, material to learn more independently and emphasis on wellbeing.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Vodafone?
Great for degree level apprenticeships and the graduate program route. Practice for the selection tests, research on Vodafone, be comfortable to express yourself, have passion or demonstrate interest in your chosen field.
