At the moment we are studying an A license course in a college setting with some practical work being involved

Most of the practical skills i have had to learn from scratch as i haven't done much hanger work before.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and we got given a timetable at the start of the year that has been mostly accurate. A few changes and variations were made but nothing that wasn't said or discussed with us.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive good amounts of support from our employer as we see our manager and point of contact at least one a week. Apart from that we can contact either through emails or direct messages if needed.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider gives a lot of support towards our course by ensuring the course is taught properly. The lecturers are very invested and do anything they can to aid our learning and help us pass all the exams.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the qualification provided by the training provide is very important in helping me perform better in my role as without the qualification i would not have a clue where to start in terms of maintenance or any basic hanger work and tool skills.
