I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it allows me to grow as an individual and as a professional.

I have learned new skills in terms of engineering as well as life skills such as team work and communication.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

To begin with there wasn't much structure however, as time went on we were then on a schedule which allowed us to maximise how much we learned.

We have regular meetings with employers in order to track our progress and set new targets.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I was at the training centre full time for 9 months receiving support from the trainers who would always help when it was needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has taught me all of the basic things that I have then been able to develop whilst at work
