Currently at ICAT College at Cardiff Airport undertaking all CAA Cat A License Modules, and completing any important Boeing admin, whilst staying in Boeing paid for accommodation in Central Cardiff.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Many, mainly hand skills in the hangar which can be used in my day to day OJT. Includes maintenance practices as well as personal traits such as teamwork and leadership.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremely. There is a very rigorous timetable which is adhered to, with the full plan for the apprenticeship set out before starting
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, managers are visible at least once a week at college for any concerns that may arise

There is an online website (OneFile), where they can assist if we require them to
