Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Base maintenance on Bombardier aircraft. My role is a new initiative program that Bombardier have introduced to welcome skilled workers from other engineering backgrounds into the world of Aviation. My day can consist of any from de-paneling aircraft to special detailed inspections on flight control surfaces.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have has some issue due to our original training provider being no longer able to continue our training, however this was very rectified promptly by [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and the rest of the team. The adult training programme is still new, however steps are taking frequently to listen and address our feedback. I have no doubt it will become an even more successful programme as it goes through it continuous improvement.
