To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed parts of the programme, specifically completing my end point assessment as I had freedom to do it on whatever experience I had had in my apprenticeship

The training itself was well organised and structured, but I felt the reviews and meetings discussing onfile were not well organised

there are social activities and networking events through teams calls as our branches are all across the country. It would be beneficial to have extra curriculars in person rather than online
