Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We work on different bombardier aircraft day to day, doing different jobs, then one day a week we go to collage.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a very engaging and a full time experience, where you have to use all of your knowledge. It is very rewarding.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My hand skills have been greatly developed. I use a variety of different tools to do new technical jobs that I have never done before, so is all great practice and improvement.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

As its new there's a few problems. However there's more then plenty of support and funding to help succeed in the apprenticeship. The programmed is constantly being improved and developed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

When ever I have an issue then they always help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They will put you through as much training as you want and give you support if you have any difficulties with the qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me a variety of hand skills, social skills and feel more confident.
