I'm currently doing my level 3 apprenticeship at bombardier I'm currently doing my 3rd year.
Get a wide range of daily task could range from servicing of the oxygen, to engine changes or interior work.

Ver much enjoy coming into work getting to work with the team and on the aircraft.

Hand skills and knowledge of the aircraft increase exponentially, as there's always plenty of work on the shop floor.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program has come a long way since starting, now about to get our 4th cohort coming through. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] our apprenticeship manager has worked hard to develop and design a road map and series of exercises too make sure the apprenticeship goes smoothly and has the support you need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There are many support measures in place to make sure that you don't fall behind and if you do the support from the shop floor and management is very good and will go out of there way to help.
