Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over two days we had talks about each component of the job including but not limited to the BREAD process. On the second day, we underwent group and individual assessments.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was interesting to learn about AlphaViews and other upcoming services that are beginning to grow within the company and how they cultivate a startup-like culture.

I learned a lot over the two days. This ranged from types of sales styles and which are the most effective, how to engage users over the phone, and also how to manage time and people effectively.
