As a recruitment consultant I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relatmtionships between our clients and temporay workers, as well as driving branhc growth through effectively selling our services.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have a great rappour with my assigned tranier [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] who is always on hand to assist with any questions I have and is always checking in to ensure I'm doing well. The onefile system is easy to navigate and I find it really helpful to keep an eye on my progress and track where I currently am.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since starting at TBC I have learnt new sales skills to help with plan/business growth as well as how to build and maintain strong relationships with our cliemnts and workers. I have also learnt alot about employment laws.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Since the start all steps have been clearly explainded to me, and whilst completing my QE research questions each deadline was cleary shown and help me to organise what needed to be completed first. Timesheets and learning journals are easy to upload and well organised so I am able to refer to them if needed once added. The home page dashbaord makes it easy for me to keep on top of targets and progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Both my trainer and branch manager are always on hand to offer me with support when I have been completeing my course which I beleive has helped me in completing all my assigned research questions on time every single time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a great amount of support within my programme, we have a dediacted teams chats which connect me with my trainer and other apprentices. I am able to call my trainer anytime and we have scheduled review meetings in order to have a detailed catch up and talk through any areas I may need help with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have been able to learn and develop new skills through my traning which has been easy to transfer over into my daily roles. As I am completly new to the recruitment indusrty my programme as enabled me to gain a welth of knowledge about the indusrty in a quicker space of time.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have alot of online cafes for things such as mental health awareness that we are able to keep up to date with and join on live calls. We are also given budgets for teams nights our around the festive period.

Why?
Great training/apprentiship programme as well as clear career progression from day one. Great branch support network and good commision/incetive scheme.

Be yourself, experince doesn't always matter and within this industry your perosnailty can help get your foot in the door and TBC can help you gain all th skills and tools you will need to suceed.
