I really enjoy it, I feel it gives me the opportunity to work and study in a unique environment, but also with the understanding I am still learning.

Overall it is well structured, although there are small improvement that could be made. although understand this is the first year it is running and will not be perfect.

A lot of support- everyone is very interested in the programme is always offering support and opportunities to develop are endless.

Still a good level of support, although not as much as employer.

To a certain extent. I don't feel i will know how much my training helps my role until I have completed more.
