Assistant Manager. Overall day to day running of the store of 15-20 people. Supporting Branch Manager where needed

The programme was brilliant. The sense of achievement at the end of the course was a great feeling

Yes. The course helped me expand on what I thought was already a strong set of skills. The Webinars really helped with the learning of the new skills also

The programme was tailored to my needs. There was no rushing and I learnt at the same time as working full-time.

Every bit of support you can think of. The trainers are always there for support and guidance along the way, no matter the time or day

Learning new things always helps everyone. I implement all the new things I learnt on a daily basis.
