My role is to lead a team of sales people. I forecast demand, I coach my team members and I offer strategic support on sales campaigns.

Very well organised. There are scheduled regular interactions, safeguarding measures and consistent check ins with management

My employer is fully supportive. They are regularly in contact, they wholly funded the program and they applied my learning to development and promotion opportunities.

SAP is a large organisation with lots of roles, all of which need to work well together to deliver value. I would recommend you consider what role best suits your talents and your interest. When in the right role, it is an incredibly compelling place to work
