Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Upskilling and educating our colleagues on the latest in AI and innovation through various content forms for example podcasts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have been enjoying my programme so far. Insight into roles and opportunities I did not were there.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Yes, I've learnt how to incorporate different AI tools to help create our content. Built on my researching skills on key topics and how to communicate it to our senior leaders.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme is well organised. I have a line manager for my daily tasks who has a structured plan as to what she wants me to be working on but happily gives me the opportunity to explore areas of my interest and a career sponsor who bridges the gap between work and school that I regularly meet with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I am well supported by both my current line manager and career sponsor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Some of my modules help with my understanding of business management in comparison to my coding modules which doesn't help directly in my current team or company as there aren't many coding opportunities, but it's a good skill to have for future roles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are various groups and social events to get involved in. We have health checks and an on-site gym and in my current team we go to events where there are a lot of networking opportunities.
