Managing 100+ drivers for Supply Chain collections and Depot deliveries. Dealing with all transport related admin and compliance duties
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was good to go through as I had already covered alot of the areas but needed the confirmation that my processes were still in good practice

The programme was run very well and alot of support given. Choices of one to ones helped out alot.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Being within retail is was difficult at times to get the modules finished but hours / days were set aside prior to the exams and presentation
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received alot of support throughout along with one to one check ins which were all helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me the confidence of fully understanding situations and people and also better ways of working to ensure that all priorities are covered when needed
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a social club that people can join however the company is always doing something monthly to get involved whether it is fund raising or BBQ's etc
