I use a variety of programming languages to create new, and change existing code in order to facilitate new features on the website. I work with people from my team and other teams to make decisions about how we should approach new tasks and have regular meetings to support this.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the variety in my programme and the tasks I get to work on. They make a real difference to people which is a nice feeling.

I am learning new programming languages such as TypeScript and Perl, and developing my knowledge of AWS services

My programme is very well structured. I know exactly what I need to be doing from both the work and uni side and guidance is clear.

Currently I am finding that a lot of what I cover in the uni lectures, particularly the technical ones, I have already been exposed to in my work. For example, having lectures on how to use tools such as Git, having already been using it for several months in the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

In my office we frequently have social events or gatherings which I like to attend. These range from office happy hours to activity nights such as watching a movie and going roller blading.
