My role as an Operation Supervisor entails, managing the headcount which should align with the shift plan, ensuring operation is run with support giving to the shift manager who preside over the shift while supporting the team in every areas to assist with performance standard.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

This program has taught me a lot that i have not imagine will be good fit for my growth considering my background and the information that i have been giving in the last few month since i started which truly shape my sense of leadership.

Yes, my coaching skills as improved, communication with feedback has been reshape while listening skills has been developed which helps to understand the needs of the team. I have also improve in my sense of leadership trait which assist me in making a sound decision.

My employer gave me the best support that has assisted me to continue to developed my skills both in hours allocated to learn and moral support to grow in my current position. Opportunity to develop in the new skills has been created through managers support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provide has been fantastic with the learning structure, support outside meeting, timely information that is shared to assist in managing all my respective query. I cannot measure the level of support giving to me as they are awesome in this program from the team.

I have learn many skills and some of the skills that i have not manage effectively has been reshape in the course of this qualification which gives me the assurance that i have been manage effectively and i believe this will support my growth in my career.

Yes, we have a lot such as planning event for the month, apprenticeship week, promoting networking event which will assist in showing casing our skills that has been acquire in the course of the qualification and support the team that we oversee to make good decision
