the programme as a whole is well structured and disciplined however it would benefit from inter departmental consistency
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from my line manager is second to none however there are extreme inconsistencies across various training leaders outside of my line manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

very limited support is available from UCEM now that i have completed the degree aspect of my training
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i do noe feel my qualification has had any impact on my performance in my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are extra curricular activities available for central offices but far fewer for remote workers
