Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Checking in drivers, as well as new and longstanding clients. Onboarding and vetting local talent. Qualyfying leads and following up with sales calls to bring new businesses on board.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was a great opportunity to learn recruitment practices further, and be able to collaborate with my trainer to gain further knowledge.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed interpsersonal skills, dealing with both workers and clients, in a team environment. Also developed my skills on softwares such as excel.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised- each task is set efficiently, and catch up meetings are easy to book and attend with your trainer to talk through any queries.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Any support I needed was supplied quickly and efficiently.

It was a balance from being able to work independently, and also supported at ANY time I needed throughout the process.

We have mental-health cafe's, dinner events, as well as sporting activities such as go-karting etc.
