My Role when I started this programme was a Domestic Team Leader. My role was to ensure the leadership and direction of our services with the domestic work, like health & safety, responible for having a team that adhered to the functional risks of the medical centres. No service failure. I used HR sysytems for colleagues and working schedules. supplies ordering and team/ 1:1 colleague meetings. These are so of many more duties. I then was uplifted as leadind team lead and now recieved a promotion as a Estates Coordinator.

My first coach was a little short on training but my new coach is absolutly amazing. She supported me in everything as well as the coaches that done our workshops. Overall I am so pleased with Raise the Bar. Their timings, coaching was very well structured and high level of Organistion.

[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] as a coach knows me better than my colleagues cause she bonds with you as a individual. she always reminded me of successes and showed pride in coaching me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My new skills have allowed me to be more confident in risks. I have embraced feedback and worked on my flaws. I can now understand, communicate and lead colleagues, patients and customers with a knowledgable confident work ethic. More so that this programme allowed me 2 promotions in a year.
