Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Coordinating the shared services team by allocating work to each team member based on experience and workload, being the first point of contact for escalations from the wider HR team, and supporting with projects to implement new projects and procedures.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is enjoyable however having to use your normal workload whilst also working on your apprenticeship it can make things stressful at times.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Thanks to the apprenticeship, I have been involved in new projects I would not have been involved in my usual role, and this has allowed me to be exposed to more strategic decisions HR representatives make.

The programme was well organised with clear timelines and a well defines schedule which was shared with us from the very beginning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive excellent support as everyone is trying to involve him in projects which will expose me to new things and allow me to learn new skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider as well is very supportive, they are responsive and always available to clarify questions I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has allowed me to further research around knowledge I need in my role and to become more familiar with the vocabulary related to HR.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
