Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day, I work on managing and supporting continuous improvement projects. I report on project progress to senior stakeholders, manage a budget and producing project management plans.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have had incredible opportunities throughout the duration of my apprenticeship, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on program the learning aspects and the on the job learning.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

When I first joined, I have no prior experience. I can now confidently produce a full project management plan and deliver a successful project. I have gained confidence in my communication and writing skills.

The program is well organized and structured, there are plenty of support options.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel well supported by the Apprenticeship Team, Line Manager and other employees at Amazon.

There are always activities that you are able to get involved with, I have taken part in a number of careers fairs and fun activities throughout my time on program.
