A lot. The team are always on hand if i need help with work or study.

UCEM are good at providing the required work. Can be difficult when it is all online, often turn to the help of colleagues if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is relevant in certain aspects. However being on the rural pathway, it does not at times seem relevant when a lot of it is focussed around offices etc. I think the Harper Adams route would have been more beneficial when speaking to other grads on the same pathway as myself.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Professional networking events. Lincoln young professionals is a group with other companies. We also have a Olympic house young professionals which is great to meet others in the building and make new connecitons. Often do social acitivities after work

Why?
Great company to work for. Great team and it doesn't feel too corporate in the regional office - which is a good thing if the corporate element is putting you off! A great working environment.
