Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Talking to potential candidates on a day to day basis. Giving a detail description of the role they have applied for and then sending over any successful candidates to the hiring managers. Developing a good relationship with said hiring manager to make sure I am able to get the right fit for their branch and make the recruitment process as seemless as possible.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

All of it. I have managed to gain so many new skills and a 2 new qualifications this has made it very enjoyable for me as i have been able to extend my knowledge. I have also learnt so much more about my role in detail and recruitment in general.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills such as high qualitly communication, Mutlitasking and managing lots of different tasks at once. Also gained my maths qualification which is definately a new skill i can take with me.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very orgnaised. I know exactly where to find all my qualifications and my to do tasks. I also know what is outstanding and am able to speak to any members of the training and development team to guide me if needs be.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Alot, I am always given my own time within each week where i can take myself away to complete any outstanding work. I ahve quite space and rooms where i am able to focus to complete my work to a high standard. They always let me manage my own work load which also helps me to be as organised as i need to be.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot, I have never felt like i have been left to complete on my own and struggle. I have always been offered one to one time with my training leader to enable to me to ask any questions i may have. This has always made me feel so supported and i think this has resulted in me delivering a high level of work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Alot, It has allowed me to get a deeper understanding of recruitment industry in general. I have learn alot about the role through my training especially from the temp recruitment side as my role is slightly diffeent. It has allowed me to gain wider knowledge across the board.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Be yourself, Be honest. Make sure you are professional but show elements fo your perosnaility to stand out.
