Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my role changes everyday depending on the job but it mostly consists of getting kits ready for everyone while they start sheeting up ang making sure I've got the tools required for the job and making sure to do step ladder checks and informing the foreman if they are safe to use
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy the programme for the different jobs you get to work on pretty much every week and all the places you get to visit and all the different paints you get to use and all the different tools such ass different size brushes and different size scrapers

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

when I first I didn't really know anything about painting but all the new skills I have achieved have come from the help of all the other employees around me have teached me so much over the past 3 years and the skills i sort of had when started have developed aswell

id say the programme is well structured and organised when it comes to sending everyone to the right jobs and sorting out order numbers and contract plans
